2019 Airshow litigation with our cancellation insurance company
We understand and share your frustration. We too had hope this would be settled by now.
This is an ongoing process. We have completed questioning and are now moving to next steps which may still include court. This process normally takes 3 years, but with COVID delays, it is taking longer. Your tickets, along with all of our costs, are tied into this litigation. This claims process, now before the courts, does not allow us to pay out any money to ticket holders or suppliers until the process is complete. As this is before the courts we cannot comment in any more detail.
SHOULD YOU WISH YOUR TICKETS REMAIN VALID FOR EXCHANGE FOR THE 2023 AIRSHOW.
The only way we can provide you value before the process is complete is offer you the option to reuse your tickets. Litigation is lengthy, complicated and uncertain. If you wish to trade in your tickets for 2023 tickets please email 2019@abairshow.com
If this is not an option for you we will update you as soon as the process is complete.
